I’ve always loved intricate details on clothing. Whether it’s beading or embroideries, it always add something special to the outfit.
I know that nowadays that kind of work is often done by a machine on a high quantity level but having taken fashion design as a major in college, I still appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into the handmade pieces seen on haute couture runway shows.
I still can’t afford to purchase these high branded garments but always jump on the occasion when I see something similar in a more generic store, especially if it is on sale.
I must admit, I am getting more and more impress with Zara’s collections. During my shopping escapades, I seem to always seem to end up in their store, trying on half of their new collection. I just wish they carried more sizes, especially in Asia where everything seems to only fit my ten year old self.
How have you all been?
I am terrible at updates on a personal level as I feel my everyday routine is honestly too repetitive and not as exciting as a lot of people my presume it is.
I do feel a shift lately, in a good way. Maybe some of my hard work is finally paying off?
I sure do hope so.
